Most practices lose revenue they never see: under-coded visits, missed charges, unworked denials and claims that quietly age past 90 days. We start with an audit of your coding, billing and accounts receivable, so you know exactly where money is being lost and what can still be collected.
Then a dedicated recovery team works your backlog payer by payer – claims near timely filing limits first – correcting, resubmitting or appealing each one with the right documentation, and reporting every dollar recovered.

How we do it
1We audit your coding, billing, denials and A/R aging to see where revenue is lost and what can still be collected.
2You get a written findings report with the fixes and the recoverable amount.
3Our recovery team works claims near timely filing limits first – re-sent with proof or appealed with records.
4Weekly progress reports until the backlog is cleared, plus fixes so it does not build up again.
Frequently asked questions
What does the audit cover?
Coding accuracy, documentation, modifiers, charge capture, denial patterns, payer mix and your A/R aging by payer.
How old can claims be?
It depends on payer limits, but many claims under a year old can still be recovered, and some older ones with proof of timely filing.
How is Audit and Backlog Recovery priced?
Audits are quoted per project, and backlog recovery is usually a percentage of what we recover, so there is no charge for claims we cannot collect.
Will this affect current billing?
No. A separate team works the old A/R.
